Prairie Meadows

Prairie Meadows is a planned 175 lot community with protective covenants that is conveniently situated on the Rathdrum Prairie just minutes from Interstate 90.  Surrounded by magnificent mountains, Prairie Meadows is located nearly equal distances from Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho as it is Spokane, Washington providing the best of all worlds, small town living and big city conveniences.   Life at Prairie Meadows includes several blocks of walking paths, one seven acre park brimming with playground equipment, basketball courts and a dedicated area for soccer, baseball or football games.  Another three acre park, presently open space, is scheduled for design and construction by the City of Post Falls in the spring of 2008.
